Fahed Abul-Ethem Nsour 
Fahed, the founder of the firm, was educated at the University of Damascus. He started his legal career in 1960 when he was appointed a prosecutor and a judge and served at all court levels. He served also in the government where he was a legal adviser to the Prime Minister. In 1978, he started this firm and worked as a lawyer until 1988 when he was appointed again as a legal adviser to the Prime Minister. In 1993 he was appointed as a Supreme Court justice until he resigned in 1997. He went back to practice until 2004 when he became the Attorney General of Jordan and Minister of Justice. He was appointed a Supreme Constitutional Court Justice from 2012-2018 where he served as Vice-Chief Justice.

Mohammad F. A. Nsour
Mohammad received his LL.B. from the University of Jordan Faculty of Law and his LL.M. from Fordham University Law School (NY) where he served as a member on the Fordham International Law Journal. Next, he interned at the Law Firm of Alston & Bird in their New York Office. He moved to Canada to pursue his doctorate at McGill University Faculty of Law under Professor Armand de Mestral. While at Mcgill, he worked as a research assistant to Professor de Mestal, and as a lecturer in the Faculty of Law. He received his Ph.D. in 2009.

Since 2009, Mohammad has been working in Jordan as a lawyer and legal consultant. He specializes in corporate law and consultancy. He represents companies and advises the government with respect to policy and legislative matters. His consultancy experience includes working with various international organizations such as the European Union and the International Trade Center to support development programs in Jordan. He currently represents a major mega construction company in Jordan to which he offers advice and successfully represents in court and arbitration proceedings.

Mohammad is also a professor at the University of Jordan Faculty of Law where he teaches commercial and international trade law. He is a prolific author and speaks frequently on key issues such as corporate governance, international trade law and Islamic legal traditions. He speaks Arabic, English and French.

Sahel Rawashdeh 
Sahel received his LL.B. from the University of Jordan Faculty of Law. Sahel  has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of civil law matters. Sahel regularly advises the Firm’s clients on all aspects of  corporate transactions. Sahel has litigated numerous disputes relating to corporate mergers and acquisitions, including many of the leading decisions in that area of law. Likewise, Sahel’s practice has included securities, construction, real estate, insurance and other complex commercial litigation, arbitrations, appraisals and mediation.

Ayman Rawashdeh 

A litigator since 2002, and whether the matter involves a contract, torts, securities, labor and employment, antitrust, or business law, Ayman has handled countless precedent-setting cases. We count on Ayman to bring top-flight advocacy and strategy to all phases of trial and appellate litigation. 

Moath Shamayleh 

As a versatile first-chair trial lawyer, Moath has spent over 15 years litigating high-stakes business cases for plaintiffs and defendants, including money claims against the government, and has been lead defense counsel in nationwide actions.
